Terms of service

Rack Packet provides dedicated servers, network, and related support. Service begins when a chassis is marked Active in the panel.

You are responsible for the traffic that leaves your assignments, for keeping credentials, and for lawful use. We may suspend a port that is a source of confirmed abuse after notice, except where immediate action is required.

Unmetered ports are unmetered. Fair use does not silently convert them to 95th-percentile billing.
