About
Rack Packet sells bare metal the way operators actually use it: a public catalog, a billing desk, a support desk, and a control plane that can drive the hardware.
The same halls in New York, Buffalo, Miami, Los Angeles, Dallas, Amsterdam, and Querétaro. Buffalo runs in ColoCrossing’s building. Power, IPMI, DDoS, null routes, reverse DNS, and reinstalls are part of the panel, not a separate tool.
The mark is an R with a trace running out of it, over the name — a rack and the packets leaving it, which is the whole business. We kept the identity quiet on purpose. The product is the chassis, the port, and the people in the building.
